Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence required.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.
• Willing to learn and maintain high safety standards.
• SCADA literacy or experience a plus.
• Experience with tube pressing or dry processing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tube presses in efficient operating condition to maximise throughput.
• Follow instructions from the Shift Supervisor and communicate across the shift.
• Help maintain product moisture to target specifications.
• Monitor screens to ensure optimum plant performance and throughput.
• Accurately record production and operational data.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the site.
• Adhere to Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety procedures at all times.
• Support continuous improvement activities and contribute ideas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and customer specs.
