Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and site standards.
• Ability to maintain clean, organised work areas.
• Willingness to undertake training and develop operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and comply with Imerys EHS and Quality requirements.
• Support daily operational activities across mining, refining or drying areas.
• Monitor processes and inspect equipment for quality and readiness for despatch.
• Use digital systems including SCADA or control-room interfaces.
• Operate or support mobile plant (training provided).
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
