Job summary

Case Management Cymru Ltd in Wales is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a 62-year-old lady with an acquired brain injury at home and in the community. You will support mobility, transport in the client’s vehicle, and help her access activities.

The role involves 8 hours per week with two 4-hour shifts; enhanced DBS check, induction and training provided. The successful candidate will need to drive, have access to a car, and be comfortable transporting a client in their own vehicle,

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and have use of a car that will fit a manual wheelchair in the boot.
• Be willing to transport me in your own vehicle.
• Have experience of supporting a person with a brain injury and those with communication difficulties.
