Job summary

JSP Case Management is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive female to support a lady with brain injury in her own home, within the local community and on UK holidays. You will join a small, dedicated team providing 24/7 support and ensuring safety and independence.

You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, monitoring health, and activities. Evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts are included; moving and handling and driving a Motability vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• You are reliable and professional – you value honesty and discretion.
• You are friendly and approachable.
• You are flexible and you work well under pressure.
• You have a full, preferably clean, UK driving licence.
• You are a dedicated team player and respectful towards others.
• You have the physical ability to provide moving and handling support.

Responsibilities

• Support a lady with personal care and daily living tasks and monitoring health.
• Assist with shopping, arts and crafts, and community activities to promote independence.
• Move and handle, and drive the Motability vehicle as required.
• Be part of a small, committed team providing 24/7 support.
