Qualifications

• Be able to drive and have use of a car that will fit a manual wheelchair in the boot.
• Be willing to transport me in your own vehicle.
• Have experience of supporting a person with a brain injury and those with communication difficulties.
• Be willing to register with Social Care Wales.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with tasks around the home and in the community.
• Support communication and mobility as needed.
• Attend inductions and DBS checks.
