Interaction Recruitment Group in Morley, Leeds, seeks an Experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to run a true 360 desk across driving and logistics, delivering both temporary and permanent placements. You’ll inherit an existing client base and actively win new business to grow revenue.

You will build relationships with transport decision-makers, manage driver onboarding, and drive service levels for clients and candidates.

Are you an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant looking for your next challenge?

Do you know the West Yorkshire logistics market inside out and have the ability to hit the ground running from day one?

We're looking for a motivated and commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Morley, Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an established recruiter with experience in the driving and logistics sector who thrives on building client relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

The Role

This is a true 360 recruitment position with responsibility for developing and managing both temporary and permanent recruitment across the logistics sector.

You'll inherit an existing client base, giving you immediate opportunities to generate revenue, while also driving business growth through proactive sales and business development activity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing an existing portfolio of logistics clients
• Generating new business opportunities across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas
• Building strong relationships with transport and logistics decision makers
• Recruiting and placing professional drivers across temporary and permanent vacancies
• Managing daily bookings and client requirements
• Sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and maintaining a reliable driver workforce
• Ensuring driver compliance and right-to-work documentation is up to date
• Managing driver welfare, engagement and performance
• Negotiating rates and terms with clients
• Working towards individual and branch sales targets
• Delivering high levels of customer service to both clients and candidates

About You

We're looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and bring knowledge, contacts, and proven recruitment experience within the driving and logistics market.

You will ideally have:

• Previous recruitment experience within Driving, Logistics or Industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of the West Yorkshire transport and logistics market
• A proven track record in temporary recruitment
• Experience managing permanent recruitment assignments
• Strong sales and business development capabilities
• Excellent relationship-building and account management skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A driven, resilient and target-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence preferred
