Job summary

My Four Wheels is expanding across the UK and our Training Academy offers a structured route through theory and practical driving instruction, with online learning, in-car coaching and live classroom sessions to build driving and teaching ability.

You decide when you work, with a clear earning potential around £38 per hour and the prospect to reach £50k+ per year for full-time drivers, supported by full training to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient, and confident communicating with people.
• Willingness to learn and train to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining:

• Flexible online learning for theory and preparation
• In-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability
• Live classroom sessions for extra guidance and confidence
• Lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed

Dual-Control Vehicle Options

We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa, subject to availability.
