Job summary

My Four Wheels invites you to join our Training Academy and embark on a flexible, career-building path to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). You’ll receive in-car coaching, live classroom sessions and structured theory prep to build driving and teaching skills from day one.

With us you can choose when you work and enjoy excellent earning potential. Typical lesson rates are about £38 per hour, with earnings climbing to £39k+ part-time and £50k+ full-time depending on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient and confident communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability.
• Deliver theory preparation and practical lessons.
• Support learners toward becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining:

• Flexible online learning for theory and preparation
• In-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability
• Live classroom sessions for extra guidance and confidence
• Lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed

Dual-Control Vehicle Options

We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa, subject to availability.
