Job summary

My Four Wheels is expanding across the UK and invites individuals to join its Training Academy as Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs). No prior instructing experience is required; trainees will be guided from start to qualification with a professional approach and support.

You'll train online and in-car, benefit from live classrooms and ongoing resources, and choose when to work, with earning potential around £38 per hour and opportunities to reach £50k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Good people skills and willingness to learn.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining:

• Flexible online learning for theory and preparation
• In-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability
• Live classroom sessions for extra guidance and confidence
• Lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed

Dual-Control Vehicle Options

We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa, subject to availability.
