Job summary

My Four Wheels is expanding its nationwide network of driving instructors and invites you to join a structured Training Academy. You’ll start from the ground up, learn theory, in-car coaching, and live classroom guidance, with support to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Ideal candidates have a full UK driving licence (3+ years), no more than 5 penalty points, no bans in the last 5 years, and strong people skills.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient and confident communicating with people.

Responsibilities

Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining:

• Flexible online learning for theory and preparation
• In-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability
• Live classroom sessions for extra guidance and confidence
• Lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed

Dual-Control Vehicle Options

We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa, subject to availability.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time. For example, working 32 hours per week can deliver earnings up to £39k per year, and those working 40hrs have the opportunity to reach £50,000+.
