Job summary

My Four Wheels is launching a Training Academy offering a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with flexible online theory learning, in-car coaching, live classroom sessions and ongoing support to help you succeed. You'll access dual-control vehicles from providers, and, with no prior instructing experience, we train you from scratch to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Requirements: full UK licence for 3+ years, max 5 points, no bans in 5 years; earnings £38/hour typical,

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient, and confident communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Train learners through the DVSA Parts 1-3 pathway.
• Provide in-car coaching and live classroom sessions.

Dual-Control Vehicle Options

We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa, subject to availability.
