Job summary

ABB is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide technical and applications support for the ABB drives portfolio in the UK. You will assist partners, customers and the sales team, delivering solutions and demonstrations while collaborating with factories and OEM hubs. A strong customer focus and PLC/drive knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical and application support for OEM markets.
• Knowledge of variable speed drive systems.
• Proven background in Drives and PLC support.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Electrical engineering qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and applications support to partners, customers and the sales organisation.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and trainings to customers.
• Support delivery and implementation of technically appropriate, value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with drives factories, OEM hubs and support functions.
• Stay updated on new product features and market requirements.
• Conduct on-site support and maintenance as needed.
