Job summary

ABB UK in Warrington seeks a Lead Project Manager to drive Electrification Service projects, overseeing scope, schedule and budget while coordinating internal and external resources.

You will lead the project team to meet regulatory standards, manage risks, and ensure customer acceptance and contract close-out, with a hybrid work model.

Here, your work creates impact you can see and feel, every day.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.Work model: Hybrid/RemoteLeading the project execution, establishing the approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.Qualifications for the RoleProven expertise (10 years+) within project management, with experience in electrical service projects. Relevant qualifications such as PMP would be advantageous.Strong technical proficiency with project management tools and SAP systems.You are passionate about improving customer satisfaction and managing work safely.
