Ourbob is seeking a Porter/Drivers Mate in Louth to join a two-person crew with a driver. The role involves delivering, collecting and exchanging bins for residential and commercial premises, loading and unloading, and following planned routes.

This is a physically demanding, customer-facing position with immediate start potential. You must be a UK resident and able to travel to the site for shifts. Salary comprises £13.00 per hour plus £1.57 holiday pay, totaling £14.57 per hour.

Pay Rate: £13.00 to £14.57p/h

£13.00 per hour (base rate) + £1.57 holiday pay = £14.57 per hour total

Hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 start times) - Guaranteed 10 hours shifts

The role & responsibilities:

• - Working in a 2 person crew with a driver

• - Providing a professional service when attending customer premises
• - Working in line with all site health and safety procedures
• - Moving with the project from Louth to Great Steeping after approximately five weeks.

This is a physically demanding role and you will be Customer Facing.

About you:

You do not need previous experience to apply for this role, as long as you are friendly, professional and proactive.

You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
