Job summary

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Van Drivers to work with our client, a leading provider of wheeled bin distribution and waste container services across the UK.

You will drive a 3.5-tonne van, work Monday to Friday starting at 07:00, with guaranteed 10-hour shifts and weekly pay. Immediate starts and full site induction are available.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months previous experience in this type of role.
• Must be a UK resident (not able to assist with VISAs).
• Must be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.

Responsibilities

• Driving a 3.5-tonne van.
• Delivering, collecting and exchanging bins.
• Visiting residential and commercial premises.
• Loading and unloading bins.
• Assisting with Driver’s Mate duties when required.
• Completing daily vehicle checks.
• Reporting vehicle defects.
• Following planned routes and site instructions.
• Providing a professional service when attending customer premises.
• Working in line with all site health and safety procedures.
• Moving with the project from Louth to Great Steeping after approximately five weeks.
