Job summary

Go North West Limited is seeking an experienced Training and Recruitment Officer at the Birkenhead Depot. This full-time role involves delivering driver training and supporting recruitment to develop a skilled workforce. You will conduct assessments, maintain records, and collaborate with HR to meet targets.

The ideal candidate should possess a valid Category D PCV licence, solid driver training experience, and exceptional communication skills. We offer 25 days of annual leave, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• A valid Category D PCV licence held for a minimum of three years.
• Previous experience within a driver training environment.
• Strong knowledge of driver standards and transport operations.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PCV driving licence acquisition training to DVSA standards.
• Conduct driving assessments and coaching sessions.
• Maintain training and recruitment records.
• Work closely with HR to achieve training targets.
