Job summary

Go North West Limited is seeking an experienced Training and Recruitment Officer to ensure the skills and knowledge of their driving workforce. You'll deliver PCV licence training and support recruitment processes, playing a crucial role in maintaining safety and service standards.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, and a positive attitude towards developing people. You’ll also promote a positive learning culture and help achieve training and recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years holding a valid Category D PCV licence.
• Experience within a driver training environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of driver standards and road safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PCV licence acquisition training to DVSA standards.
• Conduct driver assessments and remedial training.
• Support recruitment activities and maintain accurate records.
