We are seeking an experienced and motivated Training and Recruitment Officer to support the recruitment, development and ongoing performance of our driving workforce.
This is a varied role that combines driver training, recruitment and employee development, ensuring our colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver safe, reliable and customer‑focused services. You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of PCV licence acquisition training, conducting driver assessments, supporting recruitment activities, and delivering a range of classroom‑based and practical training programmes.
Working closely with operational, engineering and HR teams, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and customer service across the business.
Bolton Depot (BL3 2AW) with flexibility to travel to Merseyside to provide training support.
Full Time (40 hours per week)
