Job summary

Transport UK London Bus seeks a Driver Support Supervisor to train new drivers at Southall depot and monitor probation progress. You will deliver induction programmes, ensure regulatory compliance and support mentors to raise performance across shifts.

This role requires strong communication and a flexible approach to working hours. Based in Southall, you will collaborate with depot teams to meet KPI targets, coordinate training with the Training School, and help implement company initiatives

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DVSA regulations and health and safety regulations.
• Experience in managing and motivating individuals to achieve high standards.
• Excellent communication and adaptability with a wide range of colleagues and drivers.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including out-of-hours training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driver induction and training for new entrants.
• Conduct probation reviews at designated intervals and manage performance issues.
• Collaborate with depot management and Route Champions to sustain high performance.
• Coordinate with depot mentors and the Training School to support learning and compliance.
• Produce route hazard booklets and assist with health, safety, and regulatory procedures.
