Job summary

Transport UK London Bus seeks a Driver Support Supervisor at Southall Depot. You will train new and existing drivers on DVSA regulations and safety procedures, monitor probationary performance, and conduct reviews. You will work with the Operations Manager and depot team to maintain service readiness and high standards.

Role requires strong people skills, coaching ability and a proactive approach to improving driver performance and safety across routes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DVSA regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and people skills with external stakeholders.
• Experience in coaching or supervising drivers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to qualified drivers at the depot on regulations and procedures.
• Monitor probationary performance and conduct reviews.
