Job summary

Realise UK is seeking experienced drivers for a hybrid role that focuses on mentoring and training the next generation of transport professionals. This position involves guiding apprentices from enrolment through to assessment, typically working Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include delivering training both in-person and online, managing a caseload of apprentices, and maintaining high standards in all training activities. The ideal candidate should have significant bus driving experience and a passion for helping others succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience training, mentoring, or coaching others.
• Passionate about helping others succeed.
• Confident delivering training in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction sessions and support apprentices.
• Plan and deliver engaging training across multiple formats.
• Provide on-bus mentoring for safe driving behaviours.
• Track progress and prepare apprentices for assessments.
