Job summary

Reeson Education is partnering with a SEND setting in the WA15 postcode area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a full-time, temp-to-perm position. The role supports pupils with special educational needs in a supportive environment.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help develop and implement IEPs with the Lead Teacher, and deliver curriculum activities both on-site and in the community. A full UK driving license and term-time availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and business insurance are essential.
• Ability to transport pupils within the community as part of learning.
• Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
• Assist in developing and implementing IEPs with the Lead Teacher and specialists.
• Deliver curriculum-based activities on-site and in community settings.
• Support personal development, behaviour management and communication skills for pupils.
