Zusammenfassung

CareTech UK Ltd is seeking a Support Worker in Canterbury. The role requires you to drive to service locations and deliver person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The position is permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week on a rota, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

Training and DBS are provided. Applicants should have a caring, patient, and reliable approach, with good communication skills and basic IT/written abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Driving licence is essential.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
