CareTech Community Services Ltd in Harrietsham, Kent, is hiring a Support Worker. The role involves delivering person-centered support, assisting with daily living skills, and promoting independence.

You will join a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins, with comprehensive training provided. Willingness to pursue a Level 2 Diploma is welcomed; a valid enhanced DBS is required and drivers are desirable but not essential.

Location: Harrietsham, Kent Rate:£13.54 per hour Permanent | Full Time |37.50 hours per week (rota-based)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.

No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
