Job summary

Wren Kitchens is hiring a Driver Support Advisor to join our Delivery Support and Transport teams. You will be the primary contact for delivery crews, internal teams, and customers, resolving queries and supporting smooth delivery operations.

The role runs Mon-Fri with 07:00-15:30 and 08:00-16:30 shifts on a rota. You will contribute to service excellence, maintain data records, and generate daily reports for management while delivering exceptional customer service across the business.

Qualifications

  • GCSE maths and English at minimum level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Experience in transport/logistics environment is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to use MS Office effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from Delivery Crews and resolve issues or queries.
  • Monitor live transport data and flag potential issues for resolution.
  • Assist internal departments with queries and data requests.
  • Contact Delivery Crews/customers to resolve delivery issues.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and update records accurately.
  • Create and manage daily reports for management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls from Delivery Crews and resolve any issues/ queries
  • Actively monitor live transport data and highlight/ resolve any potential issues
  • Assist internal departments with any queries
  • Contact Delivery Crews/ customers to resolve any potential delivery issues
  • Maintain spreadsheet data to keep records up to date
  • Create and manage daily reports to be sent to management, highlighting any concerns
  • Provide all Wren customers/ internal departments with exceptional customer service
  • Assist with processing failed deliveries

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge
  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills in MS Office programs
  • Ability to create formulas in MS Excel
  • Customer Service experience
  • Transport experience
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
