Job summary

Veolia is hiring a driver in Chorley for a role involving driving to planned collection points and emptying multiple waste containers. You will input data into the onboard system and keep paperwork updated, performing daily vehicle checks and ensuring cleanliness of the carriageway.

The position requires a Class 2 (Cat C) license, up-to-date CPC, and a Digi/Tachograph Card; RORO/Skip experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Requires Class 2 (Cat C) driving license.
• Up-to-date CPC and Digi/Tachograph Card required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and move/empty multiple containers.
• Record all information in onboard system and keep paperwork up to date.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and comply with traffic laws.
