Job summary

Voi Technology seeks a Fleet Specialist to keep our electric vehicles safe, charged and ready to ride. You’ll split time between the city and the warehouse, using a company e-van for fleet upkeep and recharging, with full training provided and no prior mechanical experience required.

You’ll swap batteries in the city, perform minor fixes, and deploy vehicles safely, while also maintaining the fleet in the warehouse and ensuring a tidy, safe workspace. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
• No more than 6 points and no major offences
• Must be 21 years or older
• Licence checks are part of the process

Your mission at Voi

What You'll Need To Embark

One firm requirement: a full UK driving licence — held for at least 12 months, no more than 6 points, no major offences. You must be 21 or over. Licence checks are part of the process.

• Is reliable and follows through on commitments
• Enjoys teamwork and takes initiative when needed
• Is comfortable with active, physical work using tools and equipment provided
• Communicates clearly and is confident with basic digital tools
• Stays calm under pressure and treats everyone with respect

Nice to have — but not essential:

• Vehicle repair experience
• Logistics driving
• Forklift/first aid/ADR certificates
• Interest in micromobility

JOB CONDITIONS

• Shifts: 5 days out of 7 — Night time, with some evening flexibility depending on operational needs
• Contract: 6 Months Fixed-term, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
• Equipment: All tools and a Voi e-van provided — you don't need to bring anything
