Job summary

SUEZ is hiring local drivers in the United Kingdom for refuse and recycling collection. You will drive and assist with loading, delivering reliable service to residents, and maintaining safety standards while using RCVs and recycling vehicles. Training is provided for those without prior waste-collection experience.

Qualifications

• Class 2 (Category C) licence with CPC and Tachograph card.
• Newly qualified drivers welcome and considered.
• Reliable, safety-focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Waste or RCV experience is advantageous but training is provided.

Job description

What will I be doing?

• You will be responsible for both driving the vehicle and supporting with the loading of household waste and recycling, working as part of a team to complete daily collections efficiently.
• Delivering a reliable, high-quality service to residents
• Always working to strict health & safety standards
• You’ll primarily operate RCVs(Refuse Collection Vehicles) + Recycling Vehicles as required giving you variety in your day-to-day work.

What are the requirements?

• Class 2 (Category C) licence, valid CPC card and Tachograph card
• Newly qualified drivers welcome, as well as experienced drivers
• A reliable, safety-focused attitude with good communication skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Waste or RCV experience is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
