Job summary

Morgan Hunt require 2 x Labourers with Driving Licence to carry out labouring work for a large maintenance organisation. You will be responsible for clearing out void properties and removing fixtures, fittings, and any left-behind furniture.

You will work with the team to ensure efficient property turnover, while keeping a clean and safe work environment and adhering to health and safety regulations. Must have a valid driving licence and be able to provide recent references.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence - vehicle provided.
• Previous labouring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices in construction or maintenance environments.
• Must be able to provide recent references.

Responsibilities

• Clear out void properties, including removing fixtures, fittings and furniture.
• Collaborate with the voids team for efficient property turnover.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in other labouring tasks as required.
