Job summary

Premier Recruitment Hub is seeking a reliable Driver / Labourer to support electrical and maintenance teams across domestic properties in Tonbridge and surrounding areas. The role involves driving, loading/unloading, and assisting trades on site.

You will carry out general labouring duties, keep sites tidy, and help ensure projects run smoothly while following health and safety procedures. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential and teamwork, good communication, and a positive attitude are

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Previous labouring or construction experience is desirable.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to and from sites.
• Deliver tools, materials and equipment.
• Assist electricians and other trades with daily tasks.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Dispose of waste materials responsibly.
• Assist with lifting and moving equipment.
• Carry out general labouring duties as required.
• Complete basic property preparation and clearance works.
• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and maintained.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

The Role
