Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited require 2 Labourers with Driving Licence to carry out labouring work with a large maintenance organisation. You will be responsible for clearing out void properties, including removal of fixtures, fittings and any left-behind furniture.

You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient property turnover while maintaining a clean and organised work environment and adhering to health and safety regulations. 37 hours per week, 6 months then reviewed.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence required.
• Previous labouring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices in construction or maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the voids team for efficient property turnover.
