Job summary

Clean Linen Services is seeking an HGV Class 2 driver for an early shift in Slough. The role involves delivering and collecting linen to customers within the region, with occasional travel to Central London. You will work an AM shift starting between 4:00 a.m.

and 6:00 a.m., with 42 hours weekly, 4 days on and 2 days off. The package includes CPC and medical funding, a pension scheme, life assurance, rewards schemes, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Class 2 (CAT C) driving licence.
• Current and valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Current and valid Driver CPC card (Driver Qualification Card).
• Eligibility to work in the UK and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting linen from customers in the service area.
• Occasional travel to Central London as part of duties.
• Drive safely in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and road regulations.

HGV Class 2 (CAT C) Driver - early shif t

Slough, SL1

Salary: £20.01 per hour: weekly paid.

Plus ongoing funding of your CPC and medical, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Recommend a Friend Bonus Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Consumer discounts, Long Service Awards, Performance Awards and opportunities for training and development.

Hours of Work: Standard shift pattern average 42 hours per week, 4 days on, 2 days off, which includes weekends.

Due to an increase in business - always a positive - we are looking for an additional driver to join the AM shift with the shift starting between 4.00 a.m. and 6.00 a.m.

Rest Day Working and overtime available. NO Overnight stays.

Your new role

As an HGV Driver with us, you will be delivering and collecting linen from our customers within the Site’s geographical service area.

Please note, this will include travelling to Central London.
