Job summary

Aberdeen Laundry Services is seeking a Full-time Permanent Associate to join our road delivery team in East Kilbride, Scotland. You will drive a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle, delivering clean linen and collecting used items across multi-drop routes, with early starts and occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

What you’ll be doing

• Running multi-drop routes in a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle, delivering clean linen and collecting used items.
• Handling cage and hamper deliveries, moving them safely on and off the vehicle and into customer premises.
• Being our friendly face at every drop. Our customers know our drivers, and they value them.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and loading and unloading safely.
• Recording your daily delivery logs, including mileage and fuel.
• Following drivers’ hours, tachograph rules and the Highway Code at all times. Safety comes first, always.

What you’ll need

• A full Class 2 (Cat C) HGV licence.
• A Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Delivery driving experience. Multi-drop experience is a bonus.
• The right to work in the UK.
• A friendly, professional manner, and the confidence to work on your own while being part of a team.
