Job summary

GAP Group Limited is seeking a Driver for its Plant & Tool Division in the UK, delivering essential equipment such as diggers, dumpers and power tools to construction, utilities and infrastructure sites.

You will load, deliver, and collect hire equipment safely, demonstrate kit on-site when needed, and ensure all checks and paperwork are completed accurately to keep projects moving smoothly across the country.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a driving role, ideally delivering plant or tool equipment.
• Full UK driving licence with Category C (HGV) entitlement essential.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and collect hire equipment safely and professionally.
• Complete checks and paperwork accurately on-site.
• Demonstrate kit on-site when required.
• Navigate city streets or rural roads to keep projects running smoothly.
