Job summary

GAP Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Driver for our Plant & Tool Division across the UK. You will load, deliver and collect hire equipment such as diggers, dumpers and power tools, ensuring safe operation and accurate paperwork.

You’ll navigate busy city streets and rural roads, demonstrate kit on-site when required, and play a key role in keeping construction and infrastructure projects running smoothly. A full UK driving licence (Category C) is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a driving role, ideally delivering plant or tool equipment.
• Full UK driving licence with Category C (HGV) entitlement essential.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• A professional, friendly approach when dealing with customers and colleagues.
