• Ability to lead and supervise a team of drivers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Current valid driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Plan efficient routes for delivery vehicles and ensure stock moves safely.
• Build relationships with internal customers to determine requirements and meet SLAs.
• Coach drivers to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure Health and Safety measures and report accidents and near misses.
• Motivate and develop the driver team and support career aspirations.
• Improve returns, credits and warranty processes to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor costs such as driver overtime and absence.
