Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking Class 2 Drivers for Morrisons Allington to support efficient operations with safe, on-time deliveries across the South West region. This permanent, full-time role is 42 hours per week with two rotas (4 on/4 off or 5 on/3 off) and a competitive pay rate.

Qualifications

• Drive safely in line with drivers' hours and working time regulations.
• Carry out vehicle checks and routine maintenance.
• Assist with manual handling of goods as required.

We're now looking for Class 2 Drivers at Morrisons Allington to play a key role in ensuring our operations run efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

• Multi-drop store deliveries of cages and pallets to customer premises to locations in the South West and South Wales regions
• Driving safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Complying with health and safety standards, including The Highway Code and vehicle regulations.
• Regularly completing vehicle checks.
• Manual handling of customer products.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Ideally have 6 months of recent driving experience.
• Are physically fit, as this role involves high levels of manual handling.
