Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Scunthorpe is seeking a 7.5-tonne Home Delivery Driver to join our team, delivering goods safely and on time, often in a two-person crew.

The role requires a valid 7.5t licence (C1), Driver CPC and Tachograph card, with about 12 months of relevant driving experience; you will work Monday to Friday, 10am starts, and benefit from a pension, health services and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-drop home deliveries and installation of white goods where applicable.

Shift patterns: 48 hours per week, Monday - Friday 10am start

We\'re now looking for a 7.5tonne Home Delivery Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Multi-drop delivery of home and garden furnishings, to customers room of choice
• Working in a 2-person team, this is a physically demanding role which also includes installation of white goods such as washing machines and dishwashers
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers\' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid 7.5 tonne Driving Licence (C1), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Have 12 months recent 7.5 tonne driving experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
