Blue Arrow is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing assignments across the North East, offering varied work including general haulage, palletised goods, trunking and multi-drop deliveries.

Roles provide competitive pay with shift flexibility, dedicated transport team support, and the chance to gain experience with multiple respected employers in logistics and distribution.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of driver regulations.
• Previous Class 2 experience preferred, but newly qualified drivers will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
• Carry out multi-drop or trunking work depending on assignment
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects
• Complete delivery paperwork and use handheld devices where required
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow all driving regulations and health & safety procedures

Looking for consistent work, excellent pay, and the chance to drive for some of the region's leading logistics and distribution companies? Blue Arrow is recruiting reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers for a variety of ongoing assignments across the North East.

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday Days: £14.50 per hour
• Monday to Friday Nights: £15.50 per hour
• Saturday: £15.50 per hour
• Sunday: £17.00 per hour
• Overtime (40+ hours): Up to £20.50 per hour

The Role

Enjoy a variety of work including general haulage, palletised goods, retail distribution, trunking, and multi-drop deliveries. With assignments across multiple sectors, no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
• Carry out multi-drop or trunking work depending on assignment
