Job summary

City of Glasgow College is seeking a part-time Driver to join the facilities team in Glasgow. The role covers delivering mail between City and Riverside campuses, transporting staff, and assisting with vehicle maintenance.

You will need a clean driving licence; a first aid certificate is desirable. The post offers an excellent working environment, ongoing CPD opportunities, and the chance to be part of Scotland’s top colleges.

Driver

Permanent, 14 hours per week.

Salary: Grade 1 £27,213 - £28,220 per annum pro rata (Successful candidates Will commence at £27,213 per annum pro rata)

The key responsibilities of this role are to:

• Deliver incoming and outgoing mail between City and Riverside campuses as well as assisting in the sorting and processing of all mail.
• Transporting staff between City and Riverside Campuses.
• Transporting College staff to venues outwith the College.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of College vehicles.

To apply for this position, you must hold a clean driving licence, and where a first aid certificate would be desirable.
