Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK is seeking a HGV Class 2 delivery driver at the Minster Dagenham area to deliver building materials to customers with a professional approach. You will be loading and unloading, operating the crane, and supporting team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

The role offers a fully funded induction, ALLMI crane licence, 34 days of holiday (with option to buy up to 3), a pension plan, life assurance, staff discounts, CPC training, and clear career progression

Qualifications

• In-country driving experience and professional conduct.
• Familiar with multi-drop deliveries preferred.
• Allmi crane operation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials safely to customer locations.
• Load/unload materials and operate crane as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure on-time deliveries.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
