Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK is seeking a licensed HGV Class 2 driver for Jewson St Ives. You will deliver building materials to customers, operate a HIAB crane, and support the team with loading and unloading at various sites.

Full induction and ongoing CPC training are provided. The role offers a structured schedule with regular hours and potential career progression within a leading building materials group.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence is required.
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card are required.
• Multidrop experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials to customers safely and professionally.
• Load and unload goods and operate the crane when required.
• Support team members and assist with job duties as needed.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
