Ipsum is seeking a Drainage Technician to join a 2nd member of a unit, visiting diverse client sites across the UK to carry out Asset Inspections and drainage work. You will work with engineers and your supervisor, while taking initiative on site.
The role requires flexibility for early starts, weekends and out-of-hours work, with a focus on safety, quality and reporting. Utilities knowledge is a bonus and customer service experience is valued.

Working as a 2nd member of a team on a Unit specific to your role, visiting all types of clients - commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road, utility, etc. -across the UK carrying out Asset Inspections. Teams generally consist of 2 members and you will be expected to follow instructions from the Engineer(s) on site as well as your Project Supervisor but also work under your own initiative where possible
This role would suit someone who likes to work flexibly, our teams operate 24/7 so there will be early starts, weekend / and out-of-hours working and in return we really value and develop our colleagues. Having utilities knowledge is a bonus, but working within a customer service or focused environment is essential along with having worked in a health and safety focused environment. You will be self-motivated, professional and a team player!
