Job summary

Auxo is recruiting a Team Leader (Drainage Services) for a university build project in Exeter. This hands-on role combines leadership with active site work, overseeing drainage installation activities whilst working alongside the team.

You will supervise excavation works, work in tight and confined spaces, check levels and gradients, ensuring correct pipe laying, trench work, and backfilling to a high standard with adherence to RAMS and site standards.

Qualifications

• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card is required.
• Experience leading a drainage or groundworks team on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of H&S procedures, RAMS, and site standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all drainage installation activities on site.
• Supervise excavation works and work in confined spaces.
• Check levels and gradients; ensure correct pipe laying, trench work, and backfilling to a high standard.
