Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Drainage Engineer to join the highways, infrastructure and SuDS team across the UK. You will deliver drainage design packages from feasibility through to detailed design and construction, collaborating with highways, structures and utilities to develop robust drainage solutions.

The role requires strong drainage, water and infrastructure engineering experience, with proficiency in Causeway Flow or InfoDrainage and Civil 3D, plus a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong drainage design experience within a consultancy environment.
• Good knowledge of highway drainage and SuDS.
• Experience with drainage calculations, drawings and reports.
• Experience using Causeway Flow and/or InfoDrainage and Civil 3D.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver drainage design packages from feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
• Coordinate drainage with highways, earthworks, structures, utilities and environment.
• Produce accurate models, drawings, calculations, and technical submissions.
• Attend client meetings, workshops and site visits.
• Support junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
