Job summary

ICE Recruit in Maidstone is looking for a Drainage Engineer to join a friendly civil engineering team. You will design civil and below-ground drainage systems for a range of projects, including residential extensions, housing developments, schools and industrial schemes, with drainage modelling and flood risk assessments.

The role requires an engineering degree (2:1+), strong AutoCAD and 3D modelling skills, and experience with drainage modelling packages such as Causeway Flow, along with

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, ideally 2:1 or above.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and experience with 3D modelling.
• Experience with drainage modelling packages and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering and below-ground drainage systems.
• Prepare drainage strategies, S278 applications, and sewer connections.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, Local Authorities and water companies.
• Work on a varied portfolio from residential to industrial schemes.
