Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Maidstone is seeking a Civil Drainage Engineer to join a friendly civil engineering team. The role covers design of below-ground drainage systems, modelling and flood risk assessments, on a varied project portfolio from residential extensions to housing developments.

You will have a relevant engineering degree (2:1 or above), strong AutoCAD skills and experience with 3D modelling and drainage modelling packages such as Causeway Flow. UK right to work is required.

Qualifications

• A relevant engineering degree (ideally 2:1 or above).
• Strong AutoCAD skills and experience with 3D modelling and drainage modelling packages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering and below-ground drainage systems, including levels and external works.
• Perform drainage network modelling and flood risk assessments.
• Prepare drainage strategies, S278 applications and sewer connections, build-overs and adoptions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, Local Authorities and water companies throughout the process.
