Job summary

ICE Recruit is seeking a Drainage Engineer in London to lead drainage design and delivery on major schemes with values up to £150 million. The role involves developing drainage strategies, FRAs and related works, producing technical reports and coordinating planning applications.

You will liaise with clients and contractors, manage own workload and deliver projects on time and within budget. A Civil Engineering degree or HND is expected, with chartership or progress toward it highly valued.

Qualifications

• UK consultancy experience in drainage and infrastructure design.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage own workload.
• Strong technical reporting and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and delivery of drainage strategies, FRAs and related works.
• Prepare technical reports, drainage strategies, planning and consent applications.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors and other professionals.
• Deliver schemes to programme and budget with autonomy.
