Parker Meggitt in Ansty Park is seeking a DQR Inspector to join our aerospace team. You will carry out final inspection and Designated Quality Release (DQR) activities to ensure components and assemblies meet customer and regulatory requirements before release.

This is a full-time, early-shift role at Ansty Park. This role suits a quality-minded inspector with a technical understanding and a willingness to learn within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Final inspection experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometres and gauges.
• Experience within aerospace, automotive, precision engineering or another regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out final inspection of components and assemblies in line with engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Review and verify inspection documentation, including CMM reports, to confirm product conformity.
• Perform DQR activities and approve products for release to customer requirements.
• Use inspection equipment including verniers, micrometres and gauges to complete dimensional checks.
• Identify, document and escape any non-conformances in line with company procedures.

The Role:

Working within the Value Stream, you will be responsible for carrying out final inspection and Designated Quality Release (DQR) activities, ensuring components and assemblies meet customer and regulatory requirements before release.
