Job summary

SwiftCruit in the United Kingdom is seeking a Dynamic Positioning (DP) Product Manager to lead development and implementation of the DP business strategy for Power Conversion, focusing on growth opportunities, platform convergence, and lifecycle planning.

You will work across naval and offshore markets, align with engineering and commercial teams, ensure DP systems meet IMO and DP classifications, and drive convergence, cost management, and cyber security.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency and sustained experience in marine systems, offshore operations, or DP technology.
• Strong understanding of DP principles, thruster control, and vessel automation.
• Proven experience in product management or technical leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the DP product roadmap aligned with market trends and company objectives.
• Engage with shipowners, operators, and classification societies to gather insights and feedback.
• Manage product portfolio, ensure competitive product vitality, and drive convergence across DP solutions.
• Work with engineering and commercial teams to deliver go-to-market strategies and bids.
